]]> <![CDATA[Statement on respect for human rights]]> This Human Rights Statement is a central component of Schaeffler’s Human Rights Strategy. Respect for human rights and the related environmental rights is an integral part of Schaeffler’s corporate governance. The company is committed to respecting these rights along the value chains and working towards their implementation in global supply chains.

The Human Rights Statement was developed to fulfil the company's responsibility and represents Schaeffler's holistic and strategic approach to respecting human rights and related environmental rights. In particular, it complements Schaeffler’s Corporate Code of Conduct as well as the Schaeffler’s Supplier Code of Conduct.

Schaeffler is currently conducting an ad hoc risk analysis regarding the integration of Vitesco Technologies. The results will be considered in the next Human Rights Statement.
