Executive Board
The Schaeffler Group is managed by the Board of Managing Directors of Schaeffler AG. The Board of Managing Directors consists of the Group CEO and the CEOs of the divisions and functions. The Board of Managing Directors is directly responsible for managing the company, setting objectives and the strategic direction, and managing the implementation of the growth strategy. The Board of Managing Directors and the regional CEOs together represent the Schaeffler Group’s Executive Board.
